I’ve been using LOTO Appliance for over 8 years now. I’ve nearly thrown out a washer, refrigerator and dryer until Brian came to our rescue. No matter the problem, Brian has always been able to quickly fix literally any problem we’ve had with our appliances. Brian is thorough too. Every time he’s worked at our place, he makes sure he doesn’t see any potential issues while the mechanisms are exposed. I’ll never use another company again.

The repairman is excellent, comes out when he says he will, gets the job done. However, his prices are staggering for an estimate. Sight unseen, repeat customers on a different appliance. I could have gotten past that if the person answering the phone wasn't so hateful and snarky! I'm hoping she was just having a bad day or maybe I said something wrong because the guy is an exceptional repairman. I'll try again...
