My complaint is that just after the technician departed and I started mowing the drive belt broke. I called the Sears repair service and they stated that there was nothing the could do and that I had to make another appointment for service. The technician lives about an hour away and was possibly still in the area. Now I have to wait 10 days for him to return. Meanwhile my grass is growing and growing. I was disappointed that no one at Sears seemed to be interested in helping me in this unusual situation.

This business, A & Factory Repair is the preferred repair vendor of our home warranty company. They were issued to do the repairs on our dishwasher in November 2020. The work they performed did not fix the dishwasher, so they returned. They have returned over half a dozen times since then. Several of those times I had to pay another service fee. This last time the technician didn't do any work other than start the dishwasher, and told me there was nothing more they could do, and that the dishwasher needs to be replaced. I specifically asked if they would make that report to the warranty company and they informed me they would. However, the report they gave the insurance company is that they performed repairs and the work ticket is complete. Now my insurance won't cover the dishwasher replacement, and A & E Factory Repair says it's up to the technician and there is nothing they can do.
