Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I was looking at Texas state in December of 2021 and applied for the apartment, to only realize that I signed a lease and didn’t know until August of 2022. I didn’t receive any emails or messages regarding my lease in the time between these months and only found out I had a lease when I have a “roommate” message me. I’ve called several times each time saying manager will call me hack and revive nothing. Called for the fourth time today only for an employee to give me nothing busy attitude and no help. I would feel differently about the situation if I would have revived some sort of information in these past month but had no idea. I see the bad reviews and didn’t think anything of it but don’t live here worst thing you could probably do.

As a freshman, while I was in desperate need to find the perfect place to stay next semester I found Redpoint. As soon as I walked into the leasing office I was met with the most welcoming people. Redpoint provides a great environment and is conveniently close to campus. I can’t wait to be apart of the Redpoint family in Fall 2022!!

This is my first year living at redpoint and I have loved it! The maintenance team tends to everything within the first 24 hours and the staff is very welcoming! already resigned and got their best rate guarantee deal:)

Looking back at my college experience I really did have an amazing four years living and working at the Woods! Obviously my opinion is bias since I did work there, but I think that makes this review even more insightful. Not only did I make so many lifelong friends at the Woods, I also learned how to be a young professional and truly care about my peers. One of my favorite things about living at the Woods was getting to walk my pup, Boss, along the San Marcos River. Among many other favorites: friends close by, events all the time, friends close by, and some of the coolest roommates and neighbors. Working at the Woods was awesome! I got to live and work at one of the most beautiful places in SM. Sure it had its rough days but co-workers and down to earth residents made it worth every moment. Tara Bowman is currently the General Manger. From my four years there I can confidently say that the Woods is in great hands and will continue to thrive with her there. If you are looking for a great college experience the Woods is it. Included some cute pics for y'all! :)
