This shoe carnival is the worst, no customer Service what so ever went in to exchange some shoes for others that were the same exact price and they decided to charge me $20 more because the promotion had ended take in mind this was 5 days later not even the full 60 days… when it should’ve been an even exchange. The lady with partially red hair and glasses was the one who was acting like she was the manager, you don’t have your keys yet ma’am. A manager shouldn’t be doing this on the clock. Image below

I rarely ever do returns and unfortunately i had one yesterday, all three managers/associates seemed bothered which makes sense no one likes a return but where’s the customer service when a customer is being apologetic? Its about being understanding and at least when a customer is leaving have curtesy to say have a nice day not just stand right by the doors looking outside watching what people are doing. Return or not a return put it aside every job has some, not even the store manager what seemed like to me, had any type of customer service or the other manager who checked me out, couldn’t have a single conversation just straight to it.

It was time to get me some new shoes so I chose Shoe Carnival. They have a variety of shoes and on top of all that their prices are great . I'll be back!
