Our business has been getting deliveries through them for 10 years at the same location without incident, until recently. Somehow, now, the new driver can't figure out how to get our deliveries to us, despite a giant sign that says "all deliveries out back." We've been waiting for the product for a week. He also said our business was closed at 5 pm, which is a boldfaced lie. When calling dispatch, they were also rude and extremely unhelpful. It's not like I'm asking them for anything outlandish. I'm asking a delivery company to....deliver stuff. I mean come on. Do better.

I have been using this company for the past 10 years with no issue. Up until recently. I have never encountered such rude and inept service. If you want your shipment on time (or at all) and without an attitude from the delivery driver and/or dispatch, use a different company.

Waiting all day for a pickup. At 4:50 i called the location and the ask me to call later because the dispatcher was on another call. At 5:05 call back and no body answer. i called the main number and supposedly the driver is on his way. after waiting 2 hours i called back and i am reschedule for the next day. Worst company.
