I had placed an order over the phone the day I had put down my beloved dog. I had ordered a clay paw print and received an ink nose print. They obviously cannot fix their mistake, but it would be nice if someone would take the time to return my call and reimburse me for the difference. Very poor customer service, to say the least. This is traumatic enough without having to keep leaving messages and beg someone to make things right.

Took my dog to the vet who sends deceased dogs to pet Meadows to be cremated The urn they gave me was way over sized they said the having hard times getting supplies no body what’s to hear that bs no more and as you can see the paw print looks like my dog was dead for five days before they even printed it she looks she was dehydrated and sitting in freezer for a while and In bad shape from the looks of the print and to top it off it took two weeks to get her ashes back shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iam a disabled vet who fought for my Country my dog Meant everything to me!!

They had been very compassionate with the passing of our beloved pet's. We had been going to them over 3 years. We miss them dearly, the ashes and the card means a lot to us. Rest Easy my little guy's, I hope to see you someday. 🐹🐹🐇

I picked up my cats ashes today.(Poncho) The little box is gorgeous with her name engraved on it.The paw print was very nice too, and the card that came with it. She had a private cremation and I'm pleased with how she was treated with dignity..Thank you. I appreciate it..
