It seems to be the best overall gym option in La Vernia (for men, anyways). Has plenty of equipment for cardio, classes, and personal coaching available. I just wish there were more free weight options like incline bench, flat bench, squat, and deadlift space. You can do those but you have to improvise a bit using what they have.

Great location. Poor communication! I have called and left several messages wanting someone to return my call to get a membership. Also, I have visited the location during staff hours. However, I have gotten negative results.

Great place with great people! Only reason I gave it a 4 is because I wish they did a little better job at telling people to put up their weights and wipe off their machine.

Weight training made easy, ie. almost everything here is machine/resistance training equipment. But there are a few places where you can still use dumbbells, and the entire gym is very spacious. The staff there are very friendly, though they are rarely there when i work out (5-6 am most days). There are also quite a variety of machines for just about every exercise you can think of. In a nutshell, a good place to get your sweat on.
