Positive: Clean room with fridge and microwave close to my location Negative: There was no one at the front desk when I checked out in the morning and no one answered the contact phone number that was at the front desk. I had to call back later to make sure they knew I checked out on time

Another famed roach coach. Stains on carpet and furniture. Glass window was broken out like a kid had threw a basketball and hit glass or a body shoved into during an argument. Management didn't really seem to be concerned with broken window. Management was rude most of our stay.

Very scary! The room was good, clean tho the toilet tipped when sitting on it. But the kid at the front desk spoke so quietly and seemed very unsure of himself. We had to park on the side of the building and carry our stuff up to the second floor. No elevator. The side door did not lock yet there was a sign saying to keep it closed for the safety of the guests. The envelope the card key was in had a warning about suspicious people and to report anything you see. There was a woman near the side door and she tried to get us to tell her our room number. We did not feel safe at all. There are no amenities such as pool, fitness room, or breakfast.

Quick and easy check-in, the desk agent was very nice, even with a late arrival. The room was very clean and well kept. It very much exceeded my expectations for the price of the room.
