The Spanish Fort BBW is a great place but the Manager is horrible.!! Always rude she can never keep the same employees. Her RBF is always the first thing you notice when walking into the place.

Great staff nice clean well merchandised and presented store knowledgeable staff very friendly eager to help and not overly pushy on sales. Each team member was always willing and able to assist if needed quite a pleasurable shopping experience in comparison with other Bath & Body works locations. New feature is buy online and pick up in store at this location which is very convenient and saves time especially when you're a loyal Bath & Body works fan and know your products in exactly what you want.

Always go to this store at Eastern Shores mall because their selection is much better than Mobile store. Staff is very helpful without being pushy.

They're open from 11 a.m. I think until 7 p.m. I could be wrong on those 7 p.m. part but I called and I know they don't open till 11 a.m. . And yes their information is been less than accurate lately
