Look at the pictures and it will tell it’s own story. This was not involved with a wreck. Was being driven down the road normally and now that the spindle broke it has damage all over it. Less then 2 yrs old Why would a company weld on a spindle to a heavy machine??

I could not be more disappointed with Automated Biomass Systems. They, as you know are the new owners for Timberwolf. We ordered a 4-way splitting wedge for our TW-1p Log splitter. We ordered it through one of ABS' re-sellers, the wedge cost $300. They told me it would be shipped in a week. After not receiving the wedge after 3 weeks I called ABS and the guy I talked to said that they would have to make it first and then ship it. He promised me they would begin making it right away. He told me a week at the latest! He promised he would call me the moment it was shipped. After another 3 weeks had gone by, and I had not received my wedge, I called again and finally talked to the office manager, Brittany. She was able to finally get the wedge fabricated and shipped after a total of 2 MONTHS! I was lied to by 2 of their employees about the status of the wedge. The wedge finally came (shipped with no packaging at all), and it doesn't even fit correctly. It sits at an angle on the splitter! They sent me a $25 check for my troubles. While the $25 was a nice gesture it was in no way going to make up for the fact that I was lied to by 2 employees and had to wait over 2 months for an ill-fitting wedge. I do not recommend Automated Biomass Systems AKA Timberwolf.
