Yes there are three...maybe four steps up into the wagon...and it's not a steep climb either...and they assist you into the back. The seats are along the side and easy to seat yourself.

The ride is about 2 hours. Not sure on cancelation policy, I think 24 hours. But nit sure. You can call, I am sure they will help you with any questions you may have.
The regular one is about 2.5 hours. The waterfall tour is longer.
There are two different tours. A 2 hr one for $25 pp and a 4 hr one for $45 pp
