Nice venue, but keep looking if you don't want your wedding entrée and expensive wedding cake completely messed up. Customer service is great until you get everything paid for, then you're forgotten. Served the wrong entrée on our wedding night and took almost 2 weeks before reaching out to right their wrong. The venue also shoved our wedding cake in several broken and cut parts into a box after being asked several times for a preserved layer to keep. Offered a measly 15% food cost refund for messing up the most important aspect venue management was in charge of. Pathetic. Just a slap in the face after thousands of dollars paid to get such a little amount back for such a huge error on the venue's part. Zero remorse at all from the venue and they couldn't care less about us after the event. They even had the gall to offer a 20% refund for just the food cost with a hush order signed to prevent low reviews. Yes, they really said this. Pretty unbelievable. Everything else was great and Destiny was awesome on the wedding day. To have this happen on such an important day and then to make such minimal and unconcerned efforts to right their wrong is just a slap in the face after literally thousands and thousands of dollars were paid to the venue months in advance. With a menu made months in advance. Save yourselves the potential to have the wrong main course served and expensive wedding cake completely destroyed by the Milestone and look elsewhere. Or be prepared for no refunds due to employee errors or gag orders once things go wrong on the venue's behalf.

They kepted our deposit. We had asked if we could move the date back. ( Due to my brother being deployed. ) My Brother is my best friend. I couldn't get Married without him being there. SO MUCH FOR THE MILITARY SUPPORT! They were Harsh So we kissed 5k grand away.

With great pleasure, I recommend the Milestone venue in New Braunfels to anyone looking for a great wedding. Ideally located between the city and the countryside, the place is perfectly maintained. The lush grass and the tall trees make for very romantic pictures. The personnel assigned to take care of our venue were terrific! Liz, Jessica, and Brandon made this memorable moment in our lives very special. Their work ethic was breathtaking. They were accomplishing tasks before we could even think about them. Their flawless job performance was admirable. Their personable interactions made us feel like family. Their empathy for our stress allowed us to relax and enjoy the wedding, knowing we were being cared for in the most delightful ways. Because of their self-respect and work ethics, our experience at the venue was extraordinary. Liz, Jessica, and Brandon know their job incredibly well and perform it with a smile on their faces. We will be eternally grateful and will remember that our daughter’s wedding was an outstanding success due to their commitment.

It is the perfect spot for a Hill Country wedding! I have had the honor to photograph several events here and the grounds are immaculate. The staff is always helpful and so kind. I would highly recommend booking your event there.
