This was my first time shopping at BELK. My grand daughter and I were looking for a formal dress for a school dance. We found what we needed, actually we found 2 with shoes to match! The staff was friendly and helped us locate all we needed. I found lots of organized inventory and styles, I’ll go back for myself & my husband.

Belks has more designer colognes then they have designer mens clothing. They have alot of off brands made in China...🤦🏻SMH

The checkout area was unmanned, had to ask for assistance after waiting for quite some time. Luckily I understand it's challenging to find good help and was not in a rush. Went back to make a return on a couple of items and had the same concern.
