Through a very difficult time, Arndt was amazing. Ron and Shari were so honest and direct. It was extremely appreciated. They were so respectful of our financial situation and did everything they could to not charge us for meaningless things. I’m not sure there is anyone else in Rochester that would have done that. Sometimes when people are upset and vulnerable they can easily be taken advantage of. I can promise you DO NOT have to worry here. We are so very thankful.

We had a good experience with this funeral home. It was a very difficult time with 2 deaths in the same week. Mr. Arndt and his daughter are very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are upfront and itemized. We would recommend their service.

I am so disappointed that we worked with Ardnt Funeral Home following the passing of my Father-In-law recently. I felt like they were under-prepared and completely insensitive during what is already an emotionally trying time. Without going into too much detail, I will say they were completely understaffed for body removal from a home as the Funeral Director is unable to really assist and only brought one person with him to help. It was uncomfortable, completely unprofessional and emotionally damaging for my husband. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

Would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. It was one thing after another with them. Was already hard enough burying my husband at 21 and they made it even worse

You can bury the cremains at any time that is convenient for you and your family. Having it before the church service makes it very convenient for family members to attend both activities and allows for a small intimate burial. Then you can meet extended family and friends at your church or service area where you can hold a memorial service followed by a gathering/luncheon.
