Outstanding service with a personal touch! Exceeded my expectations. Example, they fixed a problem on a bike I purchased out of town by next day and free of charge. The Rochester Trek dealer wanted to charge me & with a 2 week wait. The techs are amazing and willing to teach me rather than only charge me. Absolutely reasons to support Geneva Trek and not buy everything on-line!!

In a pinch your staff in Geneva, NY were able to help me get back on the road quickly and catch up with my touring group. I was presented with options, the issue I was having was clearly identified, and they fixed it immediately. Based on this I’m very much considering a Trek for my next bicycle.

They absolutely do. This shop by far has the best service most knowledgeable staff of any bike shop I've ever been to. Turn around time is incredibly fast@
Yes, we sell E-bikes from Trek, Electra, Giant, Liv and Momentum.
Yes they do, and they are most helpful! Trek, and others...not sure. Recommend them.
If I have the right size wheels, I will be happy to help, though I doubt they are the kind of part available through bike shops. Perhaps if i have it here I can look up on the internet to see if replacements are available and get them ordered? Again, happy to help, but the work we have done on walkers tells me that the wheels are probably not bike wheels. thank you.
