We decided to get a hotel room at the last minute w/o reserving a room ahead of time. From the time we walked in to check for availability, the gentlemen (forget his name, but he had some cool Bigfoot tattoos) working the desk was professional, courteous, very personable, and went above and beyond to help us. My wife and I both commented that he has excellent customer service skills. We opted for the King Suite room w/a pull-out couch. The hotel common areas and our room were incredibly clean and seemed recently updated or recent construction. Hattie & Chris cleaned our room the night before and did a phenomenal job. The lady managing the hot breakfast was no rookie; she knew exactly how to prepare delicious food in bulk - everything was delicious! We will gladly stay at this hotel again if we're ever in the area or passing through and in need of a room.

This place was just lovely! Their customer service was top notch. After my mother booked a different hotel through a 3rd party vendor and that hotel was rude to her and basically kicked us out for no reason, we booked a suite straight through holiday inn express and had a wonderful, restful stay. The rooms were extremely well maintained and comfy! The 2 front desk girls, Julianna and Bailey, went the extra mile with us. They took care of all our needs, and even called into priceline with my mom to help her try to figure out the mess. Their breakfast also rocked! Thank you so much for being a shining light on our rough night.

Really disappointed in this hotel, we have stayed at quite a few in the last two months traveling and this one was the loudest one yet. Outside our window, the sound have the heater/AC blaring, and then the walls being so thin we heard two different rooms last time people talking and being loud at 3am. Without kids I wouldn’t care so much, but our one year old woke up constantly throughout the night even with a white noise machine playing trying to drown out all the noise. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, but the beds are really uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor. Would’ve saved our money and found a different hotel if I knew it would’ve been like this.

You must stay here when in town. If I could have given 10*'s I would have. GREAT room! GREAT customer service! Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. I have never been to a hotel that the staff was cleaning something every time you left the room. Everything looked clean and the place smelled clean. Just sorry I did not take the pictures to prove it. A must stay hotel!!!
