Kentucky Fried chicken was always my favorite chicken for 20 years, but now they have changed. Went to the one in Franklin Kentucky and ordered 3 piece dark meat with potatoes and Cole slaw. The girl at the window said it was 2 thighs and a leg. when they brought my food out they said for me to check it cause they didn't know if the order was correct. I saw 3 pieces of chicken , but when I got home it was 2 tiny legs and a breast. I don't like white meat. The crust on original recipe was hard and greasy. They gave me 2 orders of mashed potatoes and the cole slaw was nasty. I couldn't eat it cause it tasted spoiled. The manager is not watching what the young workers are doing when they fill your order. Will not eat there again. This is my 3rd Kentucky Fried Chicken that has messed up my order

Went through the drive thru today 7/9/22. They were not busy so they told us to pull forward they was waiting for fries. After waiting almost 15 minutes I went in. They didn't want to pull the fries that was beeping. The drive thru girl was telling a guy who clearly didn't want to be there to do our order. The place is very nasty.

No utensils, never, or napkins, always has to wait on original chicken with 2 employees walking around doing nothing, at 6:45 pm on June 9th 2022. In Franklin, Ky. Poor service on leaving out spoons and napkins.

Was very short staffed just like most businesses right now, however that didn't stop them from giving the best service possible and still a friendly attitude!?
