Went in just as they opened on a Sunday was looking for a vintage Genesis game. People working were helpful and friendly and they had the game I was looking for. Price was very fair. Used games were cheaper then most stores. Will definitely make a return trip.

I love this place, they give real deals on videogames and I never feel screwed over when I sell them something. Also their return policy is way better than GameStop. UPDATE: The original review was 6 years ago and I've returned to Watertown recently to visit family and found their new location. I will say I love the new location so much better than the last. They're adding so much potential to the square and that's great to see. They're a very small mini arcade up front and lots of cool stuff to explore. It's also much cleaner and more organized than the previous location. My main issue was the staffs attitudes towards customers. It felt more like I was a stranger walking into a claimed biker bar than it did a nerd entering a gamer lair. The staff carried loud conversations amongst themselves and one visiting customer who seemed to be a regular and never once approached or offered help. I did notice them constantly watching me which made me feel a bit unwelcomed. I don't know that they did this with the intent of coming off rude but that was how it was perceived. Social skills go a long way,

I must say I'm very impressed by the wonderful service I've received visiting this game store. Staff are highly knowledgeable, friendly and took their time to make sure I was being taken care. I highly recommend checking it out as I would rate 10/10

It depends on the issue you are having with it? It's easiest to give the store call and let them know what is going on with it.

Please give the store a call for all in story questions. Thanks
We buy some limited computer games but the list is pretty short. There isn't much if a secondary market aside from a collectable that looks cool on your shelf for most of them
Inventory changes everyday so it's best to give the store a call for inventory questions. Thanks
It's 40 dollars plus parts for a repair on that
