GOOD experience! Late afternoon (big) nail/tack in tire reported by wife, tire pressure low and dropping, took to Mavis on Stefko not that long before closing time, they had other jobs going, but the people working there bent over backwards to accommodate, and my wife could drive to work in NJ this morning. When I was there waiting for them to (work past closing time) to repair the puncture, everybody seemed to be (1) working and (2) pleasant, smiling, good attitude, caring. Including but not limited to the pleasant young woman who did the intake for me (on 6/20/22) and squeezed me in to help us out.

Ordered tires to be delivered to the shop and installed on my 16 Yukon XL. They were quick to contact and make sure we were scheduled. Dropped my vehicle off and ask also added an alignment. They were quick to get my vehicle in the shop and serviced right away. I will definitely be using them in the near future for my truck that needs tires as well. Highly recommend this location.

Made an appt online which was very easy and convenient. Service was courteous and professional and went beyond just an oil change. Would definitely go back for any service needed on our cars.

pretty sure i was ripped off… I spoke to Britney on the phone who was very pleasant and she told me they could squeeze me in for an oil change right away which was greatly appreciated! I arrived around nine and was told it would take about 45 minutes (no big deal). I just left at 10:32 and was overcharged 35 dollars to where i normally go. Along with that the car was done and the person at the front was so unaware that I had to ask twice for them to finalize my paperwork. I would steer clear of this establishment.
