Done with this service! I continue to get a bill from them at the end of September year after year for $80+ that was explained to me as a penalty fee for not using enough propane yearly. First of all, it's just me and my 6yr old daughter that live together. I'm sorry I don't have a family of 5 or more! I've explained this to them and they offered no help whatsoever and just continue to send me penalty fee bill every year! THIS MAKES NO SENSE. What kind of business does this? 10/05/22 - My response after "Response from the owner": I suppose I have to leave my response here since there is no response section. No... there was NO transparency about your fees before receiving your bills. I found out about the penalty fee after receiving the bill in the mail and calling into your office. The tank was already at the location before I bought the house. There is absolutely NO WAY we (my 6yr old and I) are going to use up a full tank of propane every year. This is a setup of failure. Is there not a smaller tank that could replace the tank?

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. For years we were charged for propane we didn’t use. So glad we finally changed to another local company!
