Because there are enough desperate people in Watertown to support this kind of poor service. There is obviously plenty of room for a good cab service.
No they dont they r 24 hour service to everywhere
They don't charge by the mileit's a set price like from Watertown to fort drum is $12 from Watertown to Carthage that's $24 Watertown to lowville that's $45 Watertown to Syracuse downtown 110
This is true if we have a person with a CAT Card with us we can then go on post to drop them but we can not pick up
If that's in Watertown it would be 16
