Bill, If it has plumbing the structure will need a building permit (not merely stand-alone trade permits). If you're not wanting a 240 Range Oven, Microwave, or Kitchen sink, you'll be able to permit it as an "Accessory Structure". If you're wanting the Kitchen AND a Full Bathroom, it will need to be able to be permitted as a guest house, employee house, or ADU. We currently do NOT offer in-house financing on our tiny or small homes. However, we can provide you with some good resources for financing, and provide you with plans needed to show to your preferred bank or credit union for a construction loan.
