Renegade install my new firestone air bags about over a year ago. Mike was my rep. Had problems with this system still not working right with the remote syncing with the compressor. Mike said he would make it right. Never has. This place does not back up there product. Still blaming firestone.

Something changed. Promised a call back. Didn’t happen. Decided to spend elsewhere.

I just wanna say thanks to Jim for helping me out last minute. I called two days before a road trip to see if they had a bed cover for my tundra. My man got me in the day before I leave. I’m impressed that I was able to be helped in such short notice. When I showed up for my appointment they were ready to rock n roll. Man, even the other employees there were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had some questions and Gerald had all the answers I was looking for. This tundra is my first truck so I needed some direction on how I want to customize my vehicle. Gerald was are real G for taking the time to listen to what I was asking and then steer me in the right direction. I’ll be back for sure! I haven’t been treated with such respect in a business like this, in a while. Oh and in case you’re wondering and have read this far, my bed cover looks great, they even installed it for me like thirty minutes top, if that. Thanks everyone!

I went to Renegade to get a ladder rack and headache rack for my new work truck. They ordered the parts I needed and took a small deposit upfront. As soon as the parts came in they put me on the schedule. All great service up to this point. When I returned to have the parts installed it took them 4 hours to install 1 ladder rack (5 bolt install) and the headache rack (6 bolts to install). Not sure why it takes 4 hours to drill 11 holes and insert fastners but I'm just a handywomen, what would I know about any of that. Fast forward a week and the rear ladder rack comes off my truck going down the highway and damn near rips the bolts out of the bed of my new truck. Luckily, I didn't have my work ladders on it at the time so no one was seriously injured. So I called and let them know what happened and they seem genuinely apologetic but when I return to have it fixed no one could even be bothered to come look at my truck to see what had happened or that it would only take a few bolts and 4 washers to properly attach it the way it should have been in the first place. They tell me they can't get to me until 1 pm and it was 9 am and that they would need another 4 hours to fix it. Needless to say I was tired of wasting my time with these jokers, ran to home depot bought 2 bolts, with nuts and the washers and fixed it myself in 5 minutes. If you want cheap prices and shotty work, these are your guys.
