My clothes tumbled dry for 40 minutes and they're still ringing wet done with this laundromat first and last time

This was our 1st time here and the attendant told my husband there was no restroom thats just unbelievable! We are paying customer's so id say I will not go there again. I rate it a one for rude, dirty and disrespectful to customers plus the dryers do not dry . Rather hes a attendant or owner you should allow customers to use the restroom thats just not right.

This laundromat takes advantage of Hispanic people. Before you put your clothes in to the washer, let me tell you that 15 means $3.75 for one load. The very rude washing machine mechanic was there and told me that 3 loads will fit in that washer. This isn’t true. He also told me that if people don’t know what 15 is, then they need to learn Math. He argued with me. I told him I didn’t want to argue and that we would not be back. What really bothers me is that there are so many notes on the walls to read. One note says, “only put 1 quarter in the dryer. If it doesn’t work, go to another dryer. We are not responsible.” Just to let you know, the place is filthy and there are bars on the windows. Crime ridden area.

It was clean and everything seem to work good,the time I use a laundry mat, its been a few years .It cost me 25. dollars to wash 4 loads,too much for me.it was hot 🔥 in there, but hotter outside.The man that work there was nice.
