I stopped in to have my battery checked after the Service Charging system now light appeared. I had just picked my car up Monday evening from having the engine replaced I shared this with the manager Jim who had stepped out to check on everything when his employee was connecting the battery device. After it was hooked up it read 50% Jim stated hmm well that's not good or right your battery isn't charging as it should he looked around for a brief moment and discovered that they had not tightened the bolt that connects the alternator to the battery. He tightened the bolt all down and the light went off!!! Saved me tons of money I'm sure because I have a feeling they would have tried to tell me that my alternator was shot if I had taken it to the shop!!

Google said you had a question for me about auto zone. I don't work there. I was visiting from Denver and while in Kansas my car hit 100,000 miles. When I got to joplin, my serpentine belt broke...hence the trip to autozone. However, they were very helpful. They complimented me on my appearance, and even even carried the parts out to my car. Such big strong guys.🙄🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
About average for auto parts themselves but they are generally really good for the basics like oil, wipers, and such
