This was the best service experience I have had in a long time. The service at Skyway is excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and after doing a thorough inspection discovered leaking suspension bushings. After having them replaced my 2015 Pilot with 100K miles drives and rides like it is brand new, and my extended Honda warranty covered the repairs! Anyone with a similar model should have them checked. Skyway aligned, rotated, and balanced my tires on my previous visit and it was perfect, the steering wheel was straight and the car tracked true without resistance when steering, so as to minimize tire wear and maximize traction on wet or slick roads. I checked the tire pressure and lug nut torque the next day after I got home and everything was spot on. It's an easy, beautiful drive up to Bartlesville from Tulsa and well worth the time for the excellent service. We purchased our last few cars from Skyway and it has been an actual pleasant experience with fair prices and no BS.

We got the car we wanted and the salesman was nice with no pressure whatsoever. However, it was not so good when we had to talk with the financial guy. It seemed to be an issue when we had our own financing set up and he got really pushy when it came to their insurance options. It almost felt like he worked for the bank and insurance companies, not the car dealer. People should be treated with respect and courtesy no matter how they pay for a car and even if they do not want insurance.
