As I posted in my previous review, after my wife bought her 2023 Elantra N Line, I seriously considered trading in my Kia Forte GT Line for one… And two days later Chandler calls to let me know he got a grey one in that wasn’t pre-sold. Well, given the ease of of our previous experience I decided to do it. And now my wife and I are both driving 2023 Elantra N Lines. Chandler is a true professional and was kind enough to deliver the car to my home because of my strange work schedule this week! All the details were done by phone and text and he brought the paperwork and car with him! Thank You Fletcher Hyundai and especially Chandler!

I would give them more stars if possible. My wife just bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra N-Line and the entire process was simple and efficient. Chandler wad incredibly helpful and most of the deal was done via text message and online application. He even offered to deliver the car (75 miles away)... The finance manager was honest and sincere and it was a very refreshing experience. We have bought 5 new Kia's in the last 4 years and EVERY deal was complicated and un-necessarily difficult. Thank you guys!!! I plan to be down to get another car from you in the very near future!!!

We worked with Gavin at Frank Fletcher Hyundai and had a great experience! I called a few months ahead of time and spoke with Gavin regarding a palisade. He was kind and great about communicating with me and was not pushy whatsoever (score!!!). When we picked up my car, the entire staff was extremely friendly and made it a great buying experience. We drove to Joplin from Springfield because the salesmanship at Frank Fletcher is the best in our area. They are fantastic. I highly recommend working with them!!
