My experience on Saturday could have been better. The employees there were condescending and kept rolling their eyes while I was explaining the part I was looking for. It's sad, we've been going to this store for years and, after this experience, I won't return. My young daughter was with me and was the one who witnessed the eye rolling so thanks for showing her firsthand that misogyny is still alive and well.

Service is good and they are helpful if they have what you need last few times i had to go to their other store to get the other half of what I need. But I mainly wanted to use their tools that I don't have which is nice just put a deposit down and which you will get back when you bring tools back. Deposit is kind of high but its better than going to buy the tools only to use once or twice in my lifetime it comes in handy. I'll will go back if I need something else.

I went in the store, ask to borrow a 10 mil wrench and if they could help me get a part off my truck. Glen was a really cool dude and came right out and took care of it. Even helped me get it back on, since I couldn't crawl under the dash with him too see how he got it off in first place! 😏 lol 😅 good people down there on south 9th. Thanks

As soon as you walk in the store they make you feel like family. They try their hardest to take care of the problem that you need to be handled. I have been to other auto stores and the only answer I ever get is no we can’t help you. Contrary to this store, they do everything that they can to help you. I trust them completely!
