Not the imperial garden I used to love and know. I had ordered their beef fried rice. In which the flavor was extremely bland and I never knew fried rice to have raw onions. Other than that their customer service was friendly and service was fast.

I would go in and ask to speak to a manager if i were you.
Yes they serve items that are gluten free and/or lactose free.
Delivery happens only when they have a driver, starting at 11am. When you call in, ask if they are delivering that day. It is only the Crawford store that does delivery.
