Are the apartments clean. Are they easy to get into or easy to rent from and pet and kid friendly ehat utilities

Yes, each apartment is cleaned after the previous tenant leaves. Give us a call to schedule a viewing. Low income housing has more paperwork to do than conventional rental apartments, however it's still easy to get into. We allow 1 pet per household with an additional deposit, renters insurance is required plus proof of vaccination. A 30 pound weight limit applies. Utilities included are water/sewer/trash, tenants are responsible for electric.
