Terrible service. Arrived at 8:00 pm wanting to grab some food and left at 8:30 without anyone even coming by the table to take our order or give us menus. This is not the first time, every year I want to give this place a chance because it is close and has good food but the service is absolutely horrible every time.

We have been here many times. We have had great service and we have had mediocre service. They are definitely struggling finding help. The place was full of guests and they only had two people working. One was the cook and the other was the bartender/ waitress. I really can’t judge the service based on this one experience. The food was good and we had a good time even though they were struggling to keep up with the patrons.

Disappointing—disgusting, actually. The second star is for my high expectations; I had a fantastic sample onion ring & a taste of perfectly scalded juicy chicken. I was referred to the Dougout for more—& I did want more. What I got was ripped off: 2/7 of my family’s takeout order was missing, the kids’ onion rings were greasy mush—clearly underdone, the chicken skin was flabby and bland, & the chicken tasted the chicken way stagnant pond water smells. After a few bites, I felt legitimately unwell. You may get some very good pub grub here, or you may get leftovers of questionable origin. It’s a crapshoot, beware.
