This review is for travel agent MARY BROWN, i booked my first trip with her and was supposed to add on activities later, i have called and emailed and have gotten no response. I've called the office and got transferred, still no answer. I even went down there again and left a hand written note in her office. STILL NO CALL BACK. My trip is on Monday and i have no transportation from the airport to the hotel, looks like ill have to find my own way around when i get there so unprofessional, this is my first trip ever and i paid ALOT of money to have everything go smoothly. I will never book trips at this location ever.

Let me preface this by saying AAA and is one of the best insurance companies I’ve ever used. This review is for the employees at THIS location. I wouldn’t recommend going through this office. I was lied to and my payment info was held by this office for 11 days before they decided to process for my ACH payments and when I started to call to follow up Kelli Kaiser told me she was taking care of it “right now and the payment will draft tonight” we’ll that was a week ago and then I spoke to Peter who assured me 2 days later that the “payment will draft tonight” all the while they knew beyond the shadow of a doubt that it would not in fact be drafting due to their negligent error. Never did he or Kelli tell me they dropped the ball on my payment info and held it for 11 days. They have an “insurance manager” named Leo Sanchez and after 2 voicemails to her and no call back I had to call the corporate 800# to be told the actual truth of what had happened, because corporate doesn’t need to cover for that office. That I should have been told I’d need to make a debit card payment before the ACH was set up in the system, NOPE Kelli in fact assured me it would go through. This branch is up to something dishonest and they cover for one another and it is very unacceptable. People make mistakes and that is ok but it is not ok to lead customers to believe one thing when all she had to do was tell me she’d made a mistake and tell me the steps I needed to take in order resolve her error. As much as I absolutely love the brand I am and have taken my business elsewhere because there are too many levels that this was permitted to be covered up and it’s left me feeling very uneasy trusting my payment info to an office that at their will held my banking information for 11 days after they did the initial draft then decided 4 days before my billing date (11 days after the draft) that maybe it might be a decent idea to go on ahead and process my ACH info. Unacceptable. Do not trust your policy with this office. You’re better off going through the corporate AAA enrollment.

Delilah and her coworkers helped my wife and I out going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a time sensitive matter and they stayed nearly an hour after they closed just to help us out. They could've turned us away and had us come in the next day but they decided to help us. Thank you guys so much! This place is highly recommended.

I was not able to notarize papers without a current drivers license. It was renewed. She could have checked with the DMV and refused. Since it was papers for a new job, she considered it business. The charge was $15 a page versus $6. She said if I brought 2 witnesses to prove it was me. So that would have been 3 signatures times 9. $405. I don't think so! UPS was much less expensive and quicker and kinder.

Theresa Pontious yes you can. I just did the same exact thing last month. They are very pleasant & helpful
I'm not clear on your question can you be a bit more specific. About AAA and a password in La Quinta.
Yes, 10am-2pm
Yes you can as long as you are a AAA member
I think they do but I would call that particular Branch before you waste your time waiting in line.
As it is AAA is an expensive insurance, but a good one at that, you get what you pay for right? But like he's a young driver he might be a risk to them so it might be a little on the high side but well worth it. I was with tbem for 6 yrs but with 2 speeding tickets 1 full cover 1 liability I was paying $240 a month
They don't take cards for DMV transactions
They can help you if your a member
You can also get Handicap plates.
No, but you should call a AAA office and confirm.
Call AAA. To see.

Best place would be any at any of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices. I don't know which one is closest to you but there's an office in Banning, Palm Springs, Palm Desert & Indio. Good luck.
