Very nice small display, none of the structures are original from the Ingalls except the well but they are from the same era and still give the feeling of what life could be at that time and place. If you are a fan of the little house on the prairie, this place is a must see.

I believe admission is 1 dollar for kids and 3 for adults. Everything, including walking through the buildings, is included
You can walk the grounds all year, however the tours are seasonal. These include the tours of the school, post office and cottage.
The modern farmstead on which research in the 1960's showed the Engalls place had been located was acquired by the family that owns it now several decades prior. It has not changed hands since the discovery of the historical significance was made.
