Wow. I didn’t want to go here after looking at the reviews. But I decided to give it a shot, boy and I glad that I did. These people do not get enough credit. They were some of the nicest, most helpful people. I would assume all the negative reviews are from people who didn’t get an answer that they liked. People generally are quick to make a negative review but rarely make that good review. If you are hesitant because of the reviews, don’t be. I am glad that I went, and will be bringing the rest of my family as well.

It's 3 days before Christmas im working 12 hour shifts out of town and instead of helping me and offering solutions the associate lectured me about getting my eye exam once a year. I missed my prescription by 8 days. All I need I a single trial contact because I'm out of town working. I cant see. Thanks guy! Happy holidays

Today I dealt with the rudest person ever on the phone. FYI, if you are going to work in a customer service position and answer the phones, your attitude and response directly reflect the company. Don't worry, I will go elsewhere!
