My husband went in for flea/tick medicine. & recieved the equivalent of Capstar. Which is just powder/capsules that kill what the animal already has & provides no real long term flea/tick repellent. The instructions were easy to read, but the box it came in looked sketchy & I just wasnt okay with what we were recommended to buy. Especially since it was almost $50. When my husband asked if they had anything else like the little packets that go between their shoulders, he said the cashier was rude. I understand shipments are wonky right now. But its not really helpful to have an attitude. I got the medicine I was looking for, for 1 dog/4 cats, for less than $40 elsewhere.
