Manager Steve Allen at the Fort Smith location lacks professionalism. There is no customer service.. Likes to make young mothers cry by raising his voice and being condescending all because HE sells them cars that motors blow within 2 weeks time. Offers no real world resolutions other than "I don't know what to tell you". This is the 2nd vehicle my daughter and her husband have purchased from this franchise that has had a blown engine in 1-2 weeks time. The 2nd time my family did purchase the warranty thank god. But lets wait and see how they try to maneuver their way out of paying for the repairs.

I should've left this review a long time ago with that being said the people at the Fort Smith location are nothing but amazing. I would like to shout out to Rachel and Jamie these ladies went above and beyond what anyone should expect of them and for that we are forever grateful. I still remember the day we were finally able to pay off our vehicle they were so excited for us because they knew every bump we had along the way and worked with us and helped any way they could. As long as you keep in contact and make good on any agreements that are made they will do what they can to make sure you get to keep your vehicle. AGAIN A BIG THANKS TO THE TEAM AT THE FORT SMITH LOCATION. KEEP UP THE WORK.

The people seemed very warm and caring, also very helpful. They took the time to fully explain things to us. The vehicle we bought was in very good condition! I would like to add to this post. Now after a few months since this original post we have since given back the vehicle. After a month of having the vehicle. We had many problems with the vehicle, including it, not wanting to shift out of park. The back hatch squealed like crazy. The sunroof didn’t work, and at times the air-conditioning would just shut off for an undetermined amount of time. When we gave back the vehicle, after only having it for a month, we were told that no matter whether it was voluntary or not, it would still be a repossession that would go on our credit. So I would like to alter this post by saying do not shop at car Mart. Their vehicles are unreliable and I believe that the people were just nice enough to hook you in the mouth.

Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
