I switched to this insurance office after being with state farm for over 12 years because I wanted to get a better price on insurance and feel like the office I was dealing with actually cared about me and my insurance needs. I am now no longer dealing with this office. There were numerous errors made on my account charging me a late fee when there should never had been one charged. I even called the corporate office and complained about what was going on and the people there were even puzzled and could not figure out what they were doing in the office in Grand forks. It's my opinion only but I feel the office is disorganized. The people that work there are nice people but like I just stated it seemed very disorganized and my accounts were all ways messed up. They were even sending my bills to my parents house even after being told multiple times not to do this. I would pay my bill and a week later like clockwork my dad and myself would get cancellation notices even though I paid my bill a week earlier. Well thanks for reading this.
