Fed up with this clinic, the staff, the doctors it's all here just to make money. I've been coming here for four or more years and have not gotten any help in life what so ever. You might as well ask Google for whatever your issue is and you will probably get a better solution then what they will provide. So you may be like, if he went there for over four years they must not be that bad right? Well, very few clinics accept my insurance so that is the answer for me going there for so long. Every aspect has been bad. From coming to my appointments 15 min early and not being seen until 15-20 min after my scheduled appointment. To improper diagnosis. I've been trying to make a dental appointment for over a year and have no luck. I call every month. They even have two locations now and still nothing. Social services just point you in a direction and don't really help. So what are they really doing??? (If I say go to the grocery store for food that doesn't help me learn to cook or eat healthy. This is essentially how they work.)

My dentist had the audacity to tell me I was CHOOSING to prolong my painful tooth infection by not being willing to spend 2 hours on public transit to get home after having 4 teeth extracted. ACCORDING TO MY ORAL SURGEON I LEGALLY CANNOT and I need to have a friend or family member present through my entire surgery. This woman was so rude and condescending to me I wish I could remember her name. I will be seeking a different primary care dentist in the future.

I only have one experience (booster) but everyone here works VERY hard. Try to have patience if you think you're having a bad experience and try to understand how much more work they do here with much less resources.
