There's a particular stylist who deletes clients accounts and steals their personal information to benefit herself. For those of you Ulta members, make sure to make sure your account is still valid and you have points. If you shop instore, and give them your phone number at the end, and they say a name that is not Yours, you're been stolen from.

Had a hair appointment. Waited 15 minutes and I was no where near to getting in. I left. NEVER again.

I wouldn't even give Ulta 1 star but have to. I was just in the store for 14 minutes...in the same spot... looking at bareminerals eye makeup. Not one employee acknowledged me. I put my purchase back and left the store.
