Girlfriend spent $300 to come out looking like she got a box dye, and “one of the Beatles” (her words, not mine). The reason she didn’t go back into luxe, is: 1) she hates complaining. 2) it was the last appointment of the evening at the time, so she figured the stylist was exhausted. 3) it was still cold out, so beanies helped, and let it go. But, either love what you do and accept the appointment, or deny it and do a better job when you’re ready. She left a nice tip on top of it all because we get it… Everyone has a bad day. Ended up getting it fixed by a different place, comes out glowing and happy, for LESS money. I truly wish I could remember the stylists name, because I hope she has better days now, but, I also wish my girlfriend would’ve said something. She wore hats for weeks until she could get it fixed. Keep in mind this was about 6 months ago, but I was reminded of it when we were talking about it. She wishes she would’ve said something right away, so advises people to do that instead of posting reviews, unless you get a genuinely rude person.

Mariah gave me a lash lift and she was the sweetest ever! The girls there made me fell like I’ve been coming there for years. Would recommend. Definitely will be coming back

Brandi did a great job on my haircut. Unfortunately my baleage was disappointing. It was nothing like the pictures she showed me. I really don't know what it is.
