My experience at Palm Casual in Melbourne, Florida was 5 star. I made two visits before purchasing. Both Terry and Carter were helpful and answered all my questions. I do not have the furniture yet, but their items are high quality and priced resonably when compared to other patio furniture. Their warranty is beyond anything else on the market. I would definitely. recommend shopping there.

11 years ago, we purchased a patio table and 6 chairs. The webbing deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Going back to Palm Casual we ordered repair for the 6 chair’s webbing. When they were returned they came back like new. The staff are very helpful. Today I went back to thank them. Speaking to Hutch, he told me the unsung staff were those in Orlando who replaced the webbing. My daughter asked if we had bought new chairs and how much it cost. After answering her questions she said the workmanship was amazing and the price reasonable. Thanks Palm Casual

Palm Casual has TONS of customizable options and styles of patio furniture. Carter was super helpful! They stand by their products with a 30-day guarantee, we purchased a set, and realized it didn't quite work, so they let us return 2 pieces and order a different piece! Great customer service and high quality products.

The service at Palm Casual in Melbourne is exceptional. Our salesperson, Carol Ann, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the colors and style we purchased. The ease of the purchase from the beginning to the delivery was perfect.
