If you go to Maysa Arena website (Google it) they have schedule times for events, games, and skate times. They keep it up to date so if you are looking for times, just check on that.
The building is still there it was just turned into liberty tax and I think a beauty salon

When I was there the concession stand was not open. You were allowed to bring outside food and drink
I have not heard of any info on any expansion team here in Minot, ND. I personally do not follow hockey very much.
It is Mon-Fri 10-11:30am. Later afternoon and evening times vary from day to day. If you go to http://minotparks.com/maysa-arena/ and click on daily time schedules and then go on the day you want to know the times.
