I've gone to this location 4x. Not the best place for minority! They have ZERO empathy and they simply do not give me any acknowledgement. The heavier woman whenever she's there she looks right past me and call the next person! If I don't speak up, she would ignore me completely! Whenever I call they do not answer the line unless I call from a different number. And wherever I need to come in, there's always the same emotionless look on their faces. I've never received a friendly anything! The very thin and frail looking woman behind the desk always ask me if I have insurance! The last time I was there she told me I needed to contact my insurance to update them if I'm to continue coming to their location. ??? Again, this was my 4x visiting the same facility. I've seen both the thin and frail looking woman and the heavy set woman each and every time I check-in. My insurance provider hasn't changed, not sure why the thin and frail looking woman always assume I don't have insurance and as if it's my first time there! One my very last visit, I was advised by the thin and frail looking woman to contact my insurance provider before being seen. LOL She didn't even look at her computer! I've never had any type of payment issues. Nor have I gotten the treatment medically necessary for the illness I have. Yet I've told I would need to visit another facility for on going care! No other explanation given. "Next!"

The receptionist was friendly and the medical Assistant. My visit was off to a good start, until I saw the doctor Wendy Haaland. I came here because Trinity will not see my child since she is not on the vaccine schedule. I came here hoping to build a relationship with a doctor I can trust should we need any medical help. This doctor did not care at all about my child nor me once I mentioned she was not on the vaccine schedule. She showed no empathy and tried to push vaccine’s. She told me they are an advocate for vaccines and not unvaccinated children. When I told her I just wanted to have a doctor on hand in case I ever needed to come to the doctor, she told me they don’t take emergencies. They do not have a E.R. It seemed pretty snarky as if she just wanted me to leave. It’s unfortunate to come across another financially motivated doctor instead of actually providing the health care they took an oath for. My child is not less important just because she is unvaccinated. My child is healthy and strong and I will not be peer pressured to do something I know is not right.

I gave them another chance, and everyone I've seen has been great. Sometimes things don't happen in a very timely manner, and trying to get them and my insurance company on the same page has been a pain. That's pretty much the same everywhere in Minot. Still far better than Trinity!
