25 minute drive thru times, parking cars without knowing all the waiting spaces are filled. No organization.

Terrible customer service, ridiculous you have to pay for a ranch cup when you wanted one for the meal you ordered, and on top of that their having everyone park at the front from drive through and there’s still other people waiting in those parking spots. Don’t know why they send so many people to the front when they only have 5 spots for the drive through parking

Food is sub par and the employees seemed to get confused easily. Ordered a cheeseburger last night for my daughter, only lettuce. We got a hamburger with only lettuce. Umm.. Okay. My daughter was glutton for punishment so we went back for breakfast. They don't have biscuits and gravy. I have been all over the country and this is the first one without biscuits and gravy. If anywhere I have been, a McDonald's should have biscuits and gravy, this is it. This place has the perfect demographic for it. Also, there were more flies inside this place than a barn full of horses who ate too much chilli. The store owner should really get involved. Between the store always being dirty and the drive thru being slow this place needs some serious training. McDonald's is an American staple. Fix this beloved establishment.
