The park is situated on a quaint lot, which is actually quite picturesque with nice trees and a little sidewalk around the perimeter of the playground. Basketball court is in great shape and looks to have been repainted with new nets installed recently. Most of the playground equipment is pretty worn, although there are a couple of new slides and other pieces. Two slides are missing, likely ones in pictures in other reviews that were damaged. Unfortunately the park is situated in a dilapidated area, which tend to attract questionable characters. In fact, my five year old found a large knife in a sheath on one of the play equipment. Grills are all rusted and or broken. This could be a really nice place even considering the surrounding area, but it would probably take routine police drive-bys to ensure that. Would cautiously recommend as long as those accompanying the children give it a once over before allowing them to play.

Park needs to be adopted by some caring group to clean it up and make it safe for the children to play. Trash everywhere, cracked and damaged playground equipment, grown men just hanging out giving the creepiest vibe .... Restore this playground for the children!!!!

Family friendly, good variety of playground equipment, nicely fenced for safety, restrooms, nice trash receptacles helped eliminate litter.
