One of the sub city carriers is one of the best people's I have ever met. His name is Aaron, younger guy with beard. He's a decorated veteran, terrific family man and a true professional. Thank you for your service Aaron.

So far I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I ship packages pretty regularly and the service here has been good, not overwhelming or anything but efficient and pleasant enough. Very professional. Definitely a much smaller space than before but seem to get everything done I need.

Customer service was awful. When attempting to locate a missing package the employee was incredibly rude. Maybe she was having a bad day?

Questions & Answers

So if a phone was possibly dropped off at an old house of yours would it get taken back if they realized that they changed the address of the house? Because I'm confused.

Possibly contact the USPS and ask for them to send a slip that indicates they misdelivered the item. It should be easily explained if you have the tracking number anywhere.
