Nice variety of products but customer service is incredibly slow. Easier and less hassle to just deal with the home office by phone...or even their website.

They had a deal where we supposedly get 2 phones for free when we open a plan with them and if we didn’t like their service we could return them for a restocking fee. So right after we got the phones we had to travel to Nashville to see family and I proceeded to travel with them to Chicago, the entire trip I had little to no service and I was shocked because they told us as well that they had nation wide coverage so that was a lie. When we returned from the trip the phones and paid the restocking fee we proceeded to get a bill for 600 dollars to pay for the phones that were supposed to be free. Of course we went in and told them the deal and they said they would fox the problems and now it’s been 2 months and they keep sending us bills for the phones. Terrible customer service as well, when we had to go in the second time to talk about the bill we asked for a manager and the manager proceeded to avoid eye contact and ignore us so one of the other employees had to take us so that was incredibly cowardly. So service terrible, customer service terrible, promotions and deal lies and terrible I would rather go in debt for Verizon than ever go to us cellular again.

As long as you know your PIN number that you choose when you set up service.
Us cellular has dropped their st Louis corporate stores over the last few years. So they don't try to keep good reception. We just moved up here from Hartville and Verizon is best
I would go into the location nearest you and discuss the problem with them.
