My first time using this location. The only thing I asked for different from my notes was longer lashes. My lashes were very thin once completed, I selected any stylist and was given a Master stylist (extra fee). I was also charged for mega volume and received 6d. The ladies at the front were not nice about explaining the extra charges. Also when I went to another location after I was told no notes were left from my appointment. Very disappointed & over charged from this experience.photos show the difference between lash appointments and asking for the same exact thing. The thin lashes are from this location.

I wanted to gatekeep it but Alexis is great at what she does and deserves all the recognition. Best lash tech out of all the ones I’ve had in the past at different locations (no shade to them).

Let me tell you how this manager scammed me for 6 times the DOLLAR AMOUNT she told me. I came in to use up my credits for my full set. I told my lash lady I didn’t want volume from my last visit. I told her specifically only the length sizes I wanted. When I checked out, the manager said I’m all done my credits covered everything, would I like to add a tip? I pulled out my card for a 20% tip that the manager HELPED me calculate to $13. I got charged six times that amount. I called back for the unauthorized charged, and they said it was.. wait for it. Volume. I specifically said no to volume. They said well you always get volume. THATS exactly why I wanted change TODAY. I gave management an option to keep the tip but refund the unauthorized charge that was for an unauthorized style OR I get my money back anyway from the bank for an unauthorized charge completely , my lash lady loses her tip, and I drop a review for dissatisfaction, stealing, lying, and being confident in it all too. Manager chose for her lady to lose her tip and to lose the charge for her work by lack of communication and professionalism. Being fully confident and wrong do not mix, in fact it’s the most annoying thing a company can be. That is called not paying attention, speaking out of place, not stating the total charge, and stealing. She really tried to tell me I requested something I went in trying to avoid. She told me I requested volume like she was in the room with me when she was not! Accept when you’re wrong, accept that you made a mistake, don’t have your company and EMPLOYEES pay for it. Literally. TOP it off, she tried to tell me to calm down when I was calm, and lower my volume when I wasn’t yelling. It’s called assertive and a conversation not going your way. That’s what really made you uncomfortable. I refuse to pay for someone’s lies, and yes girl you know I got my money back ;)

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. If you are dreaming of a full and glamorous look, extensions are the best answer to take you above and beyond your natural lashes. Amazing Lash Studio uses high quality, individual lashes for our eyelash extensions.
We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
