Don’t know how it is buying from them, but working there is a different story. Shantell is an amazing boss but unfortunately her boss is a lady who makes the work place uncomfortable. She’s always in a bad mood and I feel like she’s Always looking for a reason to abuse her “authority”. She sent me home for no reason and wouldn’t even tell me why. I missed the Friday before because I have problems with one of my kids that she has no business knowing but if she did she wouldn’t be so quick to fire people. I think it’s because of how I look because the other guy that comes in late everyday she just let him off with a warning but fired me. She also fired my other friend because he told another co worker he didn’t like her. She needs to not be a boss.

They sent the wrong part, and not only that, the part they sent was broken. They made me buy another part and wait for a refund for the original mess up. Sent the broken part back. Tracking said that it was delivered over two weeks ago. Still no refund. Terrible business ethics. Would love to talk to someone but the hold time is usually over an hour.
