A great place to get your life back together!

This is the worst place to work for. The only thing good was helping others in need. The so called chefs that they have in this place is a joke. James Jr. and James Sr. are a bunch of crooks. How do you take food home that's meant to be for people in need when you work everyday. The only time the place is half way cleaned is if we're having an inspection. I've seen old food that they still give people and nothing is said. With Covid going around in the facility really bad, why aren't people wearing mask and washing their hands like they are supposed to? Especially the father and son Chef. It's a lot that goes on that people on the outside have no idea about.

The Salvation Army has a public volunteer website where you can go, enter your zip code, and it will tell you the volunteer opportunities in your area. volunteer.usawest.org/Home.aspx
The Salvation Army Harbor Light is a faith based, 6 month, men's relapse prevention program in downtown Denver. After completion of the six month program including counseling, classes and spiritual programs (chapel services and studies) the clients can opt to stay as residents in transitional housing (on location) for low cost for up to 18 months. As a graduate of the Harbor Light program I can attest to it's efficacy and and say that it, along with working a 12 step program, changed (saved) my life.
No. With the exception of THC, you need to have a clean UA, that they take when you process in.
Your best bet is to go in there and fill out an application or if you call the intake office the voicemail will give you the directions and possibly email you the application.
